Vacuum Chuck, Temperature Controlled, Quantum Efficiency System

The IQE-200B-TC-VAC provides temperature control and vacuum positioning for the device under test when used for QE measurements under the IQE-200B or QuantX-300 systems. The top vacuum plate accommodates up to a 6 inch x 6 inch sample and ensures that the device under test is maintained at a constant temperature when the chuck is used with a circulating water bath (sold separately). Samples are held in place under vacuum supplied from an external vacuum source (sold separately). Samples can also be electrically connected using magnetically positioned probes (sold separately) in various wiring configurations.
