Laser Diode Mount, 3 & 4-pin TO-Can, Temp Controlled

The LDM-4990 Laser Diode Mounting Fixture provides a compact, easy to use solution for locating and temperature controlling 5.4 mm, 5.6 mm, and 9 mm TO-Can packaged laser diodes. These mounting fixtures feature an access door for easy device insertion and clamping, configurable pin headers for varying package pin-outs, and a temperature control range of -20 to 85 °C. High positional and thermal resistance repeatability ensures consistent device testing and repeatable measurements. The LDM4990 has been optimized for fast pre and post burn-in characterization in manufacturing test applications with ease of device insertion and removal, a wide temperature control range and easy integration with ILX power and wavelength measurement instruments. These mounts are compatible with most ILX Lightwave^® current sources and temperature controllers with standard laser and temperature controller connectors designed into the fixture.
