The N-STP-912 Frequency/Intensity Stabilized red Helium-Neon (HeNe) Laser uses a highly refined thermal compensation technique to provide an excellent balance of output power and stability, low temperature sensitivity, and reliability. Featuring a user adjustable output power (typical: 0.60 to 1.40 mW) or frequency (blue side: 50 to 600 MHz). It is intensity stabilized to < ±0.1% (1 hour) and frequency stabilized to as low as ±1 MHz over an 8 hour period with a lock time of < 10 minutes. The mirror quality and performances are optimized to result in the highest quality HeNe lasers available in the market. This high-performance laser is supported by a one-year warranty. A Proprietary design and manufacturing technology deliver a highly stabilized and quiet signal, immunity to ambient temperature drift and 1.0 mW (minimum) of clean, stable and reliable output power. The N-STP-912 frequency stability specifications include both a specified frequency range per time interval and per temperature interval. The short-term frequency stability of the Model N-STP-912 makes it an excellent choice for interferometers with unequal arms. The intensity lock ensures highly stable (less than 0.1% over short intervals) output power, ideal for applications where optical signal strength varies with changes in the test subject.
