This eliminates the need for precise knowledge of the exact wavelength. Importantly, the measurement of broadband sources, such as LEDs, remains accurate despite variations in source bandwidth or wavelength shift due to heating.
The 818-RAD-UVA and laser radiometer serves as a modern replacement for conventional radiometers, which are typically calibrated for a single wavelength such as 254 nm or 365 nm. This innovative device offers calibration across a wide spectral range, allowing users to input any wavelength within the calibration range.
Designed as a versatile circular geometry photodiode irradiance and dosage sensor, the 818-RAD-UVA features a 2.75 mm aperture and a cosine-corrected diffuser. Its spectral range spans from 350nm to 450nm, and it can measure irradiance within the range of 1.5μW/cm² to 15W/cm².
The sensor comes equipped with a 1.5 meter cable for seamless connection to 1919-R & 843-R/843-R-USB meters with or without PMManager or the 844-PE-USB ,845-PE-RS PC interface.
