Fine Thread Adjustment Screw Components
Fine adjustment screw components provide the same precision rolled threads used on our AJS series of Adjustment Screws and provide exceptionally smooth adjustment for OEM systems applications. Included in this product group are 100-TPI screws with either #8 or 0.25-in. diameters, a selection of color-anodized aluminum knobs that can be screwed on to the end of the screws, brass lock nuts, and taps.

Screw Components for OEM Applications
These 100-TPI screws, knobs, locks and tool are ideal for integration into optical systems or wherever precision adjustment is needed.
Colored Knobs are Easy to Identify
The knobs are available in five different colors to make their function easy to identify in a system. For example you can use red knobs for power adjustment and blue knobs for alignment.
Easy To Assemble
Fine-thread screw components are made to work together. The ST-Q100 tap threads 1/4-100 holes for the SW-10Q series screws. The JN-1Q-3 lock nuts threads on to the screw as do any of the KN-10Q series knobs. This is true for the smaller #8-100 series of fine-thread screw components.
Many Lengths From Which to Choose
The SW-10 series of screws are available in several lengths to meet your travel requirement. 1/4-100 screws are available in seven different lengths ranging from 0.7 to 3.2 in. (18 to 81 mm). #8-100 screws are available in six different lengths ranging from 0.6 to 2.5 in. (15 to 64 mm).
