Mirror Mount, ULTIMA^®, Clear Edge, 0.5 in., (3) 80-TPI Allen-Keys

The U50-A ULTIMA^® 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) diameter, Clear Quadrant Mirror Mount offers unsurpassed functionality. Thick, hard-anodized front and rear plates and optimized, stiff springs improve the long-term stability and provide greater protection against vibrations. The patented clear quadrant design exposes the edge of the optic, allowing beams to pass close to the edge of a mounted optic. The three hex-keyactuators have an 80-TPI thread pitch and provide ±5° pitch/yaw adjustment with 3.8 mm of axial transalation. Translation is accomplished by turning all three actuators the same amount. A large array of optical mounting accessories is available for these mounts making ULTIMA a basic building block for many optical systems. The optional knobs have a 5/64" hex key to fit in the adjustment screws.  An Allen wrench can be used to increase the adjustment sensitivity. Convenient clearance mounting holes on each of two sides are compatible with either 8-32 or M4 screws providing quicker, more precise, and more secure mounting. ULTIMA mounts can be mounted to posts for adjustable height or pedestal posts for a stable fixed height.
