UV Objective Lens, 13x, 0.13 NA, 11.53 mm Focal Length, 245-440 nm

The U-13X-LC Objective Lens has a rear conjugate corrected for infinity, making it ideal for laser applications. Assembled in a Class 1000 Cleanroom, these Laser Clean objectives are ideal for the demanding UV wavelength range. Computer-optimized optical designs yield wavefront quality better than λ/5 from 350–1064 nm. Damage threshold exceeds 8 J/cm² with 12 nsec pulses at 1064 nm. Our standard AR.10 antireflection coating is optimized for 245–440 nm. The housing has a standard microscope objective thread for easy mounting.

Ideal for UV Laser Applications

These objectives are ideal for use with UV lasers, such as 3rd and 4th harmonic Nd:YAG lasers. The rear conjugate of these UV fused silica objective lenses is corrected for infinity, ideal for interacting with collimated laser beams. The optical design is computer optimized to yield better than λ/5 total wavefront distortion from 350-1064 nm. The objectives feature our AR.10 UV antireflection coatings for 245-440 nm. The lenses are made with high purity UV Fused Silica glass with minimal autofluoresence and scattering, resulting in low attenuation and high damage threshold.

LaserClean™ Process

The LaserClean™ manufacturing process ensures that products are made with the utmost cleanliness. Assembled in a class 1000 cleanroom and prepped with additional cleaning processes, the final product is vacuum sealed and will have a significant reduction of particulates and dust.

UV Grade Fused Silica Construction
