Standard Multimode Fiber Patch CablesThe F-MBB-C-3FC is a 3 meter length multimode step index fiber patch cord with FC connectors. A 200 μm core diameter with a hard clad silica 230 μm cladding supports 500-1100 nm operation. A high NA of 0.37 allows greater coupling efficiencies, while a 900 μm outer jacket, surrounded by an Aramid yarn layer and a 3 mm diameter polyurethane cable jacket, provides additional strength and environmental protection.

Use Model Number F-PATCH-CUSTOM to configure a custom fiber-optic patch cord using these fibers. You can specify the fiber type, length, jacketing, and input and output connectors.
Available Off-the-shelf
We carry many standard fiber optic patch cables available off-the-shelf for operating wavelengths from 250 to 2100 nm. The standard patch cables are available in several different lengths and connector types. These fibers have an inner jacket surrounded by a layer of Aramid yarn for extra protection.
