The CC516M TE Controller Cable Bundle is a set of eight twisted-pair cables with braided outer shields. The cable composition is identical to the ILX Lightwave^® standard CC505S TE Controller/Laser Diode Mount Interconnect Cable but has a shorter length to accommodate installation in the confined space of an equipment rack. Twisted pair signal wires and braided shielding help minimize noise generation and reception by the cable, which means less noise in the lasers output. Each cable in the CC-516M bundle is terminated at both ends for quick and easy connection to ILX modular laser diode current sources and mounting fixtures. The connector pinouts are the same as the ILX Lightwave CC505S cable.
