Sample Bias Amplifier, QE
The 70714 Sample Bias Amplifier is optimized for Quantum Efficiency (QE) measurements where an external light source and/or voltage source is used to bias a sample cell under test. Both types of sample biasing can be accomplised with this amplifier, as well as measuring both AC and DC components of the incident irradiance. The amplifier has adjustable gain settings for both the AC and DC signals, and can accomodate either two or four-wire measurements.
