To ensure accurate linear travel, these stages use thermally matched, hardened-steel, crossed-roller bearings and high-precision reference surfaces. Crossed Roller Bearings offer all of the advantages of ball bearings with higher load capacity and higher stiffness. These stages are available with 12.7, or 25.4 mm travel preconfigured with Picomotor piezo or micrometer head actuators.
