UHV Isolation Valve, NW40, CF 2.75 in., Inline Ports, Viton/Copper, Pneumatic

The UHV-40-ICC-ELVN ultra-high vacuum valve with inline NW40 ports, 2.75 inch CF-style flanges, Viton nose seal, and copper bonnet seal has pneumatic actuation.  It is lightweight and has a compact profile, enabling it to fit easily into vacuum systems where space is tight. This valve limits outgassing and permeation allowing a lower base system pressure. We have optimized the welded stainless steel bellows stroke length to ensure a long cycle life while maintaining high conductance.
