The TLS260B-300X-D option features a 300 W Xenon arc lamp source, with dual output ports.  Xenon arc lamps have higher monochromator throughput and a smaller divergence angle due to their small arc size. For these reasons, arc lamps are ideal sources for applications that require high light output power and fiber coupling, with an extended average operating lifetime of 900 hours.
